This is for the part of you that is still waiting to step into your soul work fully!
Right now, I’m supporting a bright 18-year-old soul to go through his school exams. So sad, it’s his initiation into adulthood…
And watching him brings back something raw in me. It mirrors how painful that transition was in my own life and how lonely, pressured, disconnected from who I truly was or what I needed.
It made me think about how we’ve stripped away the deeper meaning of becoming an adult…
How what should be a “sacred rite of passage” has been reduced to paperwork, performance, and pressure. No ceremony. No community. No moment of being seen for who you are becoming. And what’s worst – no space to reflect and process it for yourself. How it’s nothing to do with true growth of someone’s essence, soul, talents, creative fire potential and values based purpose expansion.
Think about how the moments we mark as “growing up”, the sacred threshold are often reduced to traumatic “data entry” events:
🍂 Getting a driver’s license.
🍂 Being legally allowed to drink or smoke.
🍂 Graduating high school only to be thrown into debt and another slavery system that drains you.
Where is the soul in that?
Where is the moment we’re welcomed into our power, not just our productivity? Where are the spaces to support us in the expansion?
Most of us were never guided or offered the “Rite of Passage” into our soul work, our gifts, our leadership or what is truly possible for us. Notice how we’ve been trying to find that initiation through work, relationships, success, even spiritual paths, etc. But that deep moment of being witnessed, honored, seen as powerful and necessary part in our society, celebrated for who we truly are… For many of us, it never came.
No one said: “You’re ready now. We see you. You belong. You matter. You are irreplaceable part of our community”.
And many of us are still subconsciously carrying that ache in our psyche. Still waiting quietly, deep inside for someone to say: “Yes. You get to live by your own rules now. Yes, you’re allowed to be fully yourself and do what you want.”
And that absence is no small thing. It leaves a crack in the foundation. It feeds the feeling of not being enough.
And this most likely contributed most for that deep core feeling of disconnection, unshakable loneliness and fear of being rejected for being yourself, daring to share your essence, your truth, your medicine, and your natural gifts. So we shape-shift. We hide. We wait for permission that never comes… We are holding back to go daringly full in.
But the truth is: the system was never designed to give you that permission. It was built to keep you small, to keep you disconnected from your body, your knowing, your inner authority, to keep you doubting yourself so you stay manageable, marketable, obedient. Because the world and the system profits of you not believing in yourself, not knowing who you are and what are you truly capable of.
And that’s why I created my signature program The Rise Voice.
It’s a space to reclaim what was never offered to us. It’s a rite of passage into your adulthood and not the version defined by the world, but the one defined by you.
It’s not a program or teaching to follow but to step into your individuality, rewrite what it is to be powerfully supported & witnessed by community when you need it. It’s a homecoming to your voice, your power, your creative fire, your capacity to lead. A celebration of your essence, your truth, your joy, your vision.
This is how we break the spell of victimhood and step into our expanded self leadership capacity:

💥By creating a powerful and healthy support structure, so we could daringly go full in life instead of half way.
💥By growing so rooted in who we are that no “power” system, no role, no past story or limited capacity can strip that from us.
Maybe this is that moment you never got, the one you’ve been waiting for all along.
