It’s not your strategy or even talents, it’s your capacity that goes first!

About my non-conventional approach to the business growth

Most people focus on business strategies, tools and talents they can monetise. And that’s definitely a very important part, there’s no real business growth without it.

…but all that work can go down the drain and feel like pouring water into a bucket with an open bottom if you don’t actually have the capacity to hold and anchor it all.I always said to the leaders I worked with “do you notice you hire people based on their technical skills but fire them because of their soft skills, their capacity issues, their readiness to embody the potential they have?”

I meet so many talented people who have the skills but the moment an epic opportunity comes their way, they blow it up big time.

Here’s why and what I notice:

1. They usually can’t really receive it (often the first block).

They feel unsafe, triggered into unworthiness, fear and all that kind of jazz. It may be their deepest heart desire to receive it but it cannot even enter their field and they sabotage it consciously or subconsciously because their nervous system and receiving capacity is not there to let it ground.

2. If they can receive it, they don’t have the capacity to hold and manage it

They sabotage it in many different ways: with unhealthy relational style (people do business with people in the end), deplete their energy, hide or disown their gifts and project difficulties on others by not having clear structures, boundaries, unhealed relationships with money and hindering themselves by not stepping in their power. The list goes on… But in a nut shell, it’s all capacity that limits stuff.

I believe it’s actually your capacity work which comes first. Strategies land in that more efficiently, more easfully like a glove to your hand when there is expanded capacity to hold it. And your gifts unfold in the deepened capacity path more naturally, crystalised and with more impact.

Architect of New Business Paradigm

I support your capacity to build the business you want with ease, joy and flow.

Inner work is probably one of the most challenging works you will ever do in your life but it’s the most rewarding one. My professional life journey contains certified psychology degrees and about 18 years’ professional experience in talent development, building businesses, and various Human Resources positions. In all of these capacities, my favorite work has always been having powerful conversations that help people go deeper, connect with their truth, challenge their perspectives and unleash their innate potential.

Because if you are not being who you are, who are you being?

I share insights and discoveries from my own journeys but as well from people I support and help to grow. I hope you enjoy this “Caffeine for Soul” blog and it gives you some food for thought.
