One of the key capacities for the business growth and sustainability is your structural capacity. Especially in times of digitalization, increasing trend of online businesses and rising variety of digital platforms.

But what is structural capacity?

Structural capacity is your systems, strategies, structures, rhythms, organization, administration and people (in your personal life and your business) that supports, enables, & holds you and your business, so you can build and express all of you.

It’s the healthy expression of your masculine energy, the foundational holding container of you and your business, so your feminine energy can flow, receive, create and unfold in it’s depth.

Where in your business you have weak structures, lack of support and allow the energetic leakages disabling your business growth and decreasing your efficiency.

Let me give you a few questions as example to clarify what I mean:

  • Do you have a nanny for your kid or dedicated space and time, so you can write?
  • Do you know how much money comes and goes in your business? Do you have proper structures to hold, manage and welcome it?
  • Do you have people who can be your support system while you step in your bigger shoes and who could hold powerfully while you stretch in your expansion? Or your people dysregulated you instead?
  • How and where do you structure your products, your offers, your work, so it can be easefully, clearly and properly accessed to those who need it?

So, what structures holds you and your business strongly and where they should show up stronger?

Where your container needs to be stronger, so money, creativity, energy and opportunities doesn’t slip like a water through your fingers?

Architect of New Business Paradigm

I support your capacity to build the business you want with ease, joy and flow.

Inner work is probably one of the most challenging works you will ever do in your life but it’s the most rewarding one. My professional life journey contains certified psychology degrees and about 18 years’ professional experience in talent development, building businesses, and various Human Resources positions. In all of these capacities, my favorite work has always been having powerful conversations that help people go deeper, connect with their truth, challenge their perspectives and unleash their innate potential.

Because if you are not being who you are, who are you being?

I share insights and discoveries from my own journeys but as well from people I support and help to grow. I hope you enjoy this “Caffeine for Soul” blog and it gives you some food for thought.
