What I noticed, we still work on and teach business strategies separately, embodiment separately, do the healing work separately… There is a different coach or practitioner we go to. I’ve seen very rarely in the industry when all this is done together in the integral wholistic way.
I also do see how that disconnect shows up in distorted, unbalanced way in people’s businesses. I notice so many of us don’t really know how to integrate business strategies into ourselves, our lives and our business eco systems. I will be boldly honest, I think we spend very little time to do that…
And in a way I get it! It’s scary because it requires slowing down, deep listening, dropping control and surrender into unknown, it requires to step into unfamiliar ways of being and doing in your nervous system.
But the thing is, if you stay in your head, don’t connect your business strategies and vision to your root, anchor, create it from all your body, what happens is that you build your business not fully from your energy, or at least not from your very own…
What doesn’t help on top, is that a lot of business strategies are still directed to focus more outwardly which in my view and experience take people more away from themselves. We ask how we can be more visible, more loud, more impactful, bigger… But for me it is wrong questions to ask or at least not without internally aligning first, it’s still just very externally focus patriarchal paradigm approach.

Where you heart is hardening and where is it softening?
What is true visibility?
Because what is actually even more important about you being seen, is that you are being felt! It’s about you allowing to feel YOU, so others can feel you too. It’s not about you being louder, bolder and bigger. Or other extreme I see often – going total “ostrich putting head in the sand” way! Approaching with avoidance and hiding to really address difficult, not working business topics. Avoiding to listen not only yourself but also what breaths and is around you in the now, what wants to emerge: society we live now, your offers, your clients, and how your business culture is whispering in a way it wants to happen.
