Why I want to talk about marketing?

A lot of us are in the process of learning, healing and redefining how we relate with a world, with each other, with money, with clients, with our gifts and with business. And now I invite to do that with marketing!

Our marketing was and is corrupted. 

And we all had to sit with distaste of it: shadow side of capitalism and consumerism, manipulative, pushy sales and shed all those imprints got under us unconsciously.

And this will not go away unless we – visionaries, new business paradigms leaders, creatives and conscious business advocates – step up and claim our voice, our freedom to express our gifts, creativity & our medicine. Nobody will fix it for us but us. It’s our responsibility!

What if you are not bad at marketing? What if it’s not even the skills in marketing that was your problem? What if it was just your integrity speaking all along because at your core you didn’t agree with the way marketing was done in the world?

What is marketing really about?

For me, marketing is not only your sales funnel or instagram strategies. I was never particularly interested in only that and actually built my successful business without it till now.

I invite you to have a conversation about this topic from the deeper and more foundational layer because marketing is much broader that that…

It’s about intimacy and safety in your relational capacity, it’s feeling safe to be seen, allowing your voice to be heard in a way it wants to be expressed, it’s liberation of your expression which not only empowers other but also you.

Marketing can be way bigger then just promoting your products – it’s what lays our new culture of relating, ways of being and supporting each other, it’s what allows us to know each other in the more profound and beautiful ways. But also it enables to discover and express ourselves and our creations from the depth, care, love, and expansion like we never did before because we do that not from connection trauma response and unhealthy attachment style but from healed and aligned nervous system. And believe me that is totally different way of being and showing up in the world!

How marketing is changing in the conscious modern world with new values?

  • Marketing is not only shouting loud and chasing more anymore, you can build your business with more quiet, gentle power and in new business paradigm it’s actually about very deep listening what your surroundings, offers, and people ask from you.
  • It’s not about pushing yourself to go out there and seemingly be untouched, confident while being intimate & vulnerable with strangers. It’s about finding your own way that feels good and safe to your nervous system to relate with the world. It’s being gentle, soft with yourself and listening to your body what it directs you to, attuning to all those terrified parts, asking what they need and what pathways of expression feel aligned. Marketing is self expression and it’s vulnerable! And it’s ok to honour that. Honouring emotional and energetic labour in marketing process journey is as equal or even more important then implementing marketing methods and strategies.
  • In currently trending coaching and “influencers” era, it’s not only about thinking how to establish your brand and yourself as authority but rather asking what role you want to represent in your community, how do you want to contribute, what do you want to be known for, how do you want to support your community eco system? 
  • Marketing and sales is not about pushing and focusing on how to handle the objections. It’s rather about invitations and contemplating how to create safe conversational environments so we can explore, empower each other and decide for ourselves freely and genuinely if I want more of this. If we focus on that, we don’t even need to use word “objection” but move towards empowered filtering and aligned decision making process.
  • It’s not only being masculine, logical and  “business like” towards your launch and promotional strategies but also including feminine angle of it – opening to receive, deepening the connection and listening to those new products and services themselves. How they want to move through you, how they want to be expressed and where they want to go. It’s about asking what does this thing do when it’s undisturbed, when it’s freely allowed, when you listen and tend to it’s beauty. I believe all your offers have their own life, purpose, identity and energy, we are in relation with everything in life.
  • It’s not only about fast and furious sales now. It’s about slow love and building new world, new foundations, new you with care. And that takes time… It takes 4 months to grow the carrots! And most of us are building our life work here. Deep purpose businesses while crafting new pathways. It requires nurture, trust resilient dedication, and going deep… I believe in slow marketing and sustainable long lasting impact for you, your business and society.
